DMX 104 Opto -Isolator
The 104 DMX isolator offers 4 optically isolated outputs , with both the datastream and DMX line driver power isolated to protect other DMX branches from faults, and to maintain correct DMX signals in unavoidable earth loop situations. The isolator has 2 inputs , the primary input has a loop through to assist in patching a number if isolator together. There is also a second input that acts as an override input. When the '104 "sees" a dmx signal at the override input it switches the output data from the primary input data to the override input data.
